The Flats on White is a remodel project where Ethos Design Build acted as the both the developer and construction management company for the investment group. The complex is comprised of 26 units with a mix of two, three and four bedroom apartments. Located on the Northern boundary of the University of Illinois in Champaign, the remodel project was oriented to serve students with amenities like high-speed fiber internet, furniture, laundry and large flat screen TVs. Major components of the remodel included windows, roofing, flooring, furniture and adding in-unit laundry.

We used Ethos Design-Build for the new Thirty-Thirty Coffee in Junction City. Steve and his crew were very easy to work with, friendly, and did a fantastic job on the quality of work! We will definitely be using them in the future! - Ty Paluska / Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co.
