The Locust Lofts is a remodel project where Ethos Design Build acted as the both the developer and construction management company for the investment group. The complex is comprised of 26 units two- bedroom apartments. Located on the Western boundary of the University of Illinois in Champaign, the remodel project was oriented to serve students with amenities like high-speed fiber internet, furniture, laundry and large flat screen TVs. Major components of the remodel included flooring, furniture, appliances and adding in-unit laundry.
